Regals are one of the biggest jumping spiders in North America, with huge forward-facing eyes, a fuzzy body and iridescent fangs, and they turn to track you every time you walk past. They hunt by sight, stalk crickets like a cat and pounce, and plenty of keepers say a regal has more personality than any tarantula on the shelf. Small, harmless to people and easy to set up, it is the best first spider you can buy. Every numbered listing is the exact spider in the photos, so pick the colors and markings you love and grab yours today.

Why do hobbyists keep Phidippus regius?

Personality: curious and bold.
