Big Z's will not dress it up beyond that: there is no accepted species name behind the form and no verified locality, and the published Quezon Orphnaecus records belong to other undescribed forms that nobody has linked to this animal. What you are buying is the form, honestly labelled. These arrived at 0.5 inch.

It is deep fossorial, so build it that way. Substrate deep enough to hold a tunnel shape, more than one stable cover object to start the excavation under, a damp lower layer beneath a drier surface, real cross ventilation, and an open water dish. At half an inch a Baby Buddy fits it; it graduates into a deep burrow build as it grows.

Spice Level 4: Advanced. The trade calls this one fast and Big Z's treats it that way rather than testing the claim, which means the catch cup is staged before the lid comes off and every service happens inside secondary containment. Handling is not recommended. Read the matched Big Z's care guide before it arrives.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0990/7755/4493/files/quezon-blue-earth-tiger-tarantula-1_029d5f78-8cc4-4732-a5e2-1df4b24cfe64.jpg?v=1786735007
