Live shipping
FedEx Priority Overnight, Mon to Wed
Insulated, weather-aware packing on eligible weekdays. Overnight is $49.99, and free on orders with $1,000 or more in live animals.
Dry goods
At label cost
Enclosures and other dry goods ship by weight at the actual label cost, listed as their own shipment at checkout. They don't count toward the $1,000. Containers stay retail-only.

Shops, online sellers, expo vendors, breeders, educators and other animal businesses. Sign up to start; no resale certificate needed. Big Z approves every buyer by hand.
How do I log in?
Tap Log in, enter the email you signed up with and type in the one-time code we email you. No password. If that email is not approved yet, this page tells you so.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Log in once Big Z approves you. Your prices show on the order sheet and on every product page while you are logged in. Wholesale prices stay off the public site.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes: $299 per order, mix and match across the list. The order sheet shows how close you are, and checkout opens once your cart reaches it. Orders with $1,000 or more in live animals ship overnight free.
How do I order and pay?
Log in, set quantities on the order sheet and add them to your cart. Pick a ship date and check out like any other order: choose shipping, pay and you're done. Overnight is free when your order has $1,000 or more in live animals.
Do I need a resale certificate?
No, it is optional. If you have one, send a copy when we reply and we will mark your wholesale account tax exempt where it applies. Without one, sales tax is charged where required.
Where and when do live orders ship?
FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. Overnight is $49.99, and free on orders with $1,000 or more in live animals. You are responsible for confirming every animal is legal to possess and resell at the destination, and we review eligibility before anything ships.
What if an animal arrives DOA?
Send a photo within 2 hours of delivery. We credit the animal at its wholesale price toward your next order. The credit covers the animal only, with no shipping refund and no cash back.
How do dry goods ship?
By weight, at the actual label cost. Checkout lists them as their own shipment, and they don't count toward the $1,000 in live animals. Containers are retail-only.
