Mix and match live animals to reach the minimum. Shipping, taxes, and fees do not count toward the $150 subtotal.
Quantity pricing
Breaks stay with the listing
Quantity breaks apply to the listing and variant shown in the approved catalog. Different species or sizes cannot be combined to reach a break.
Live shipping
FedEx, Monday through Wednesday
Live-animal orders ship on eligible weekdays with insulated, weather-aware packing. Destination and conditions are reviewed before ship day.
Non-live goods
Packed and billed separately
Supplies, substrate, and enclosures ship separately from live animals by USPS Ground Advantage when applicable.

Who should apply for wholesale access?
Established pet and exotic shops, online retailers, breeders, educators, and other animal businesses may apply. Approval is reviewed individually and is not automatic.
How do approved buyers see wholesale prices?
Sign in with the email connected to the approved business account. The private catalog then shows the pricing and quantity rules assigned to that buyer.
What counts toward the $150 minimum?
The live-animal merchandise subtotal counts. You may mix and match live animals to reach $150, but shipping, taxes, fees, supplies, substrates, and enclosures are excluded.
Can different animals be combined for a quantity break?
No. A quantity break applies to the specific listing and variant where it appears. Different species, sizes, or variants cannot be combined for that break.
What business documents are required?
The application asks for your resale-certificate status. Big Z will confirm any documentation needed based on your business and location during review.
Where and when do live orders ship?
Live orders use FedEx on eligible Monday-through-Wednesday ship days. The buyer is responsible for confirming all animals are legal to possess and resell at the destination, and final eligibility is reviewed before shipment.
