- Species-matched substrate: the right mix, pre-portioned for that enclosure (Multipurpose Arboreal, Desert Burrow, or Tropical Burrow).
- A starter hide: a real retreat from the first hour, with cork bark in the climbing kits for grip and shade.
- The printed care card: spice level, feeding rhythm, humidity, and the handling boundary for that exact fella.
