Built deep for the diggers: the Burrow Buddy puts its height into packed substrate, so earth tigers, baboons, burrowing scorpions, vinegaroons and big millipedes get a tunnel that holds its shape, often right against the clear wall where you can watch it. An extra inch of width over the 8 x 5 x 6 in 3 mm, and 5 mm walls instead of 3 mm. The ventilated locking lid keeps air moving and the lid shut, and the clear acrylic gives you a full view of the animal and everything it builds. Build it out

Looking after the acrylic

• Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Acrylic scratches more easily than glass.
• Skip abrasive pads and ammonia-based glass cleaners. Both haze the surface.
• Keep it out of direct sun. Heat build-up is a risk to the animal before it is a risk to the box.

Enclosure only; substrate, cork and water dish are sold separately. Sizes are outside dimensions, so measure your animal against the inside and leave a little room to grow.
